Understanding what All Quick Solutions is and how we are different.
Supporting Subheading
A: All Quick Solutions is an independent paid consultation service for people who use Quicken, QuickBooks, or TurboTax and need practical, specific guidance that goes beyond what generic help articles provide. We are operated by KD Sharma — an independent advisor with more than ten years of hands-on experience across these platforms. Every consultation is individually prepared based on your specific issue, your software version, and your setup. We are not a call centre, not an automated service, and not affiliated with any software company.
A: No — not in any way. All Quick Solutions is a fully independent third-party service. We have no affiliation with, endorsement from, or commercial relationship with Quicken Inc., Intuit Inc., or any of their subsidiaries or products. We reference these product names solely to describe the software we provide independent consultation about. For official product support, billing, or account issues, please contact the relevant company through their official website directly.
A: Every consultation submitted to All Quick Solutions is personally reviewed and responded to by KD Sharma — the founder and lead advisor. There is no offshore team, no pool of anonymous agents, and no AI-generated response. KD reads your request, assesses your specific situation, and writes a response tailored to your software version, operating system, and described issue. His full professional background is publicly available at kdsharmapro.com.
A: Official support channels are valuable and we encourage you to use them for account-level matters such as billing, subscription management, and password recovery — those require action from the software company directly and we cannot help with them. Where independent consultation adds value is in situations where you need guidance that is specific to your exact version and setup, where generic troubleshooting steps have not worked, or where you want a patient, plain-language explanation of what is actually happening and why. Our service is a paid alternative for those specific situations — not a replacement for official support.
A: We serve clients in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. Our consultation covers Quicken versions available in the US and Canada, QuickBooks US and Canada editions, and TurboTax US versions. We understand the regional differences in bank connections, tax filing behaviour, and software features that affect users in these three markets specifically.
How the Consultation Works ?
A: The process works in six straightforward steps.
Step 1 — You submit a request through our contact form describing your issue, your software version, and your operating system. No payment is required at this stage and there is no obligation.
Step 2 — We review your request and assess the appropriate consultation scope.
Step 3 — We contact you by email to confirm the consultation scope and the applicable fee. Nothing is charged until this point.
Step 4 — You review our confirmation and agree to proceed. Only then is payment taken.
Step 5 — We research your issue and prepare your written consultation response.
Step 6 — You receive the completed response by email within the timeframe for your chosen tier.
A: None at all. Submitting the request form is completely free and commits you to nothing. We review your issue, confirm the scope and fee by email, and you decide whether to go ahead. Payment is only taken after you have agreed to the confirmed scope in writing. If you decide not to proceed after receiving our confirmation, no charge is made and no further action is required from you.
A: All consultations are delivered as written advisory responses by email. There are no phone calls, no video sessions, no screen sharing, and no live chat. The written format is deliberate — it allows us to research your issue properly, give you a structured and clear response, and provide you with something you can refer back to and follow at your own pace. This also means there is no risk of miscommunication that sometimes occurs in phone-based support.
A: Never. Our consultation is entirely advisory and written. We do not perform remote access to your computer, your Quicken, QuickBooks, or TurboTax software, or any of your accounts at any time. We will never ask for your software password, your Intuit login credentials, your bank login details, or any financial account information. We provide written guidance that you follow yourself on your own device in your own time.
A: Response times depend on your chosen consultation tier, measured from the point payment is confirmed during business hours — Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm EST.
Basic consultation — delivered within 1 business day.
Standard consultation — delivered same business day.
Advanced consultation — delivered within 4 business hours.
If you submit and pay outside of business hours, your timeframe begins at the start of the next business day.
A: Follow-up exchanges are included with every consultation tier. Basic tier includes one follow-up exchange. Standard tier includes two follow-up exchanges. Advanced tier includes up to four follow-up exchanges. Follow-up questions must relate to the original consultation scope — if you have a separate or new issue, that would be treated as a new consultation request.
A: The more detail you provide, the more specific and useful your consultation will be. The most helpful information to include is: your software name and version, your operating system, the exact error message or error code you are seeing, what you were doing when the problem first appeared, and any steps you have already tried. Screenshots are welcome and can be attached to your email if they help illustrate the issue.
What we cover for Quicken users and what falls outside our scope.
A: We provide independent consultation for a wide range of Quicken issues including bank sync errors and connection failures, installation problems after device changes or OS updates, data file errors and validation failures, duplicate transaction problems after reconnecting accounts, version upgrade guidance including what to do before and after upgrading, CC error codes such as CC-501, CC-800, CC-892, and CC-103, OL error codes including OL-301 and OL-332, and data migration between computers or from older versions. We cover Quicken Starter, Deluxe, Premier, and Home and Business on both Windows and Mac.
A: We cannot help with Quicken subscription management, billing disputes, Quicken ID recovery, licence problems, or anything that requires Quicken Inc. to take direct action on your account. These must go through Quicken’s official support channels. We will always be transparent about this before accepting any payment — if your issue falls outside our scope, we will tell you upfront so you can contact Quicken directly without wasting time or money.
A: Yes — this is one of the most common issues we see. Transaction download failures are usually triggered when a bank updates its authentication method or connection protocol without notifying users. The fix depends on which connection method your account uses — Direct Connect, Express Web Connect, or Express Web Connect Plus — and what your specific bank requires. A consultation gives you steps tailored to your bank, your Quicken version, and your connection type rather than generic steps that may not apply to your situation.
A: Yes. We provide consultation for both Quicken for Windows and Quicken for Mac. It is important to note that these are different products with different features, different bank connection methods, and different known issues. When submitting your request, always specify clearly whether you are on Windows or Mac and your operating system version — this directly affects the guidance we provide.
A: Do not attempt multiple fix approaches without guidance — this is a situation where taking the wrong step can make recovery harder. Submit a consultation request describing the exact error message you see when trying to open the file, your previous Quicken version, and the version you upgraded to. Data file issues after an upgrade are usually addressable but the correct approach depends on the specific error you are seeing and the versions involved.
Independent consultation for QuickBooks Desktop and Online users.
QuickBooks Questions
A: We provide independent consultation for QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online users covering company file errors, bank feed connection problems, reconciliation issues, payroll setup questions, multi-user access and network configuration, data cleanup and file performance, and error codes including Error 3371, H202, H505, QBWC errors, and related codes. We help you understand what is causing the problem and what steps are most appropriate for your specific version before you take action.
A: Stop and do not attempt multiple repair tools in sequence without understanding which one is appropriate for your specific error. The right approach depends on the exact error message, your QuickBooks version, and whether the file is on a local drive or a network location. Some approaches that work for one error can make another worse. Submit a consultation request with the exact warning message you see and we will give you a clear, ordered sequence of steps appropriate to your specific situation.
A: Yes. We provide consultation for both QuickBooks Desktop — including Pro, Premier, and Enterprise editions — and QuickBooks Online. These are fundamentally different products and many issues are version-specific. Always specify in your request which product you are using and your current version or subscription level so the guidance we provide is accurate for your setup.
A: Yes — this is a very common situation and the fix is not always straightforward. When banks update their authentication — particularly when moving to multi-factor authentication or OAuth — existing QuickBooks bank feed connections often break. The reconnection process depends on your QuickBooks version and your bank. A consultation gives you the correct steps for your specific version and bank rather than a generic process that may not apply.
Turbotax Questions
Guidance for TurboTax users navigating filing issues, import errors, and more.
A: We provide independent consultation for TurboTax users dealing with prior year data import failures, W-2 and 1099 import errors, state return filing issues, self-employed and small business filing questions, TurboTax error messages that are not clearly explained in the product, and situations where something in the filing process is not working as expected and you need a plain-language explanation of what is happening and why before you proceed.
A: Yes. Prior year import failures are one of the most common TurboTax complaints each filing season. They are usually caused by a file format mismatch between versions, a PDF import limitation in the current year’s product, or a version incompatibility if you used a different edition last year. The fix depends on your current TurboTax version and how your prior year return was saved. A consultation gives you the specific steps for your exact situation rather than a generic workaround.
A: Yes. Many TurboTax error messages are vague or technical in a way that is not helpful to most users. A consultation explains what the error actually means in plain language, what caused it in your specific situation, and what the correct steps are to clear it and continue with your return. Include the exact error message or code in your request so we can give you guidance that is specific to that error.
A: No. We do not prepare or file tax returns on your behalf. We are not a tax preparation service and we are not licensed tax professionals. Our TurboTax consultation is technical advisory guidance — we help you understand what is happening with the software and how to work through it. For professional tax advice or tax preparation services, please consult a qualified CPA or enrolled agent in your area.
How fees are set, confirmed, and processed
A: Our consultation fees are structured across three tiers based on the complexity of your issue. Basic consultations for a single clearly defined question or error code are at our lowest rate. Standard consultations for multi-step problems, recurring errors, or bank sync issues are mid-range. Advanced consultations for data migration, company file recovery, or in-depth analysis are at our highest rate. The exact fee is confirmed in writing by email before any payment is taken so you always know the cost before committing.
A: After reviewing your request, we assess the complexity of the issue and the amount of research and preparation required to address it properly. A single error code that has a clear resolution path requires less work than a multi-account data migration or a persistent issue that requires deeper diagnosis. We recommend the most appropriate tier and confirm the fee before you pay — you are never charged more than what was agreed in writing.
A: No. The fee confirmed before payment is the total amount you pay. There are no charges added after delivery. Follow-up exchanges included in your tier are covered at no extra cost. If you want to address a separate new issue after your consultation is complete, that would be a new consultation request with its own fee — but that is always your choice and never automatic.
A: We accept major credit and debit cards through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store your card details at any time. Payment is only processed after you have reviewed and agreed to the consultation scope and fee in writing.
A: We collect only what is needed to review and respond to your consultation — your name, email address, software name and version, operating system, and a description of your issue. We do not collect financial account details, software passwords, or any other sensitive information. Full details of how we handle your data are in our Privacy Policy at allquicksolutions.com/privacy-policy/
A: Never. Under no circumstances will we ask for your software password, your Intuit account login, your bank login credentials, or any other account or financial information. If anyone claiming to be from All Quick Solutions asks for this information, do not provide it and contact us immediately. Our consultation is written and advisory only — we have no reason to request access to your accounts and we never will.
A: No. We do not share your information with Quicken, QuickBooks, TurboTax, Intuit, or any software company. We share your data only with the third-party service providers who help us operate our website and process payments — and they are prohibited from using it for any other purpose. We do not sell your data to anyone. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Our refund terms, cancellation process, and where to find our full policies.
A: Before delivery — if you cancel within one hour of payment and work has not yet begun, you receive a full refund. After that, a partial refund may apply depending on how much work has been done. After delivery — once your consultation response has been sent, the fee is non-refundable because the work has been completed. Exception — if the guidance we delivered was not relevant to the issue you described, contact us within 7 days and we will review the case. Where we agree it was off-scope, we will offer a revised response, a credit, or a refund. Full details are at allquicksolutions.com/refund-policy/
A: Yes. Contact us immediately at support@allquicksolutions.com with the subject line Consultation Cancellation. If work has not yet begun, you will receive a full refund. If work is already in progress, a partial refund may apply. The sooner you contact us, the more straightforward the cancellation process will be.
