How Our Consultation Actually Works — Start to Finish
Everything about our consultation process is built around one principle: no surprises. You know exactly who reviews your request, what you will receive, what it costs, and what we cannot do — before any payment is taken. This page explains every step from your first message to the moment your written guidance arrives.
Our consultation works in six steps. You submit a request describing your issue at no cost and with no obligation. We review it personally and respond by email confirming the scope and fee. You agree and pay only if you decide to proceed. We then research your specific issue and write a plain-language advisory response built around your exact software version, operating system, and problem. You receive it by email within your chosen tier’s timeframe. Follow-up exchanges for clarifying questions are included at no extra charge. We never access your computer, your software, or any of your accounts at any step.
Understanding What an Independent Consultation Actually Means
Before describing the process in detail, it helps to be clear about what kind of service All Quick Solutions is — because this shapes everything about how a consultation works and what it can realistically deliver.
All Quick Solutions is an independent paid advisory service operated by KD Sharma — an advisor with more than ten years of practical Quicken, QuickBooks, and TurboTax experience who reviews every consultation request personally. We are not Quicken. We are not affiliated with Intuit. We do not work for any software company, financial institution, or third-party call centre. Every consultation response is written by a real person based on real experience — not generated by an automated system or sourced from a generic knowledge base.
- What We Are:
- An independent paid consultation service
- A real person reviewing your issue personally
- Written guidance based on more than ten years of practical experience
- A fee-confirmed, transparent service with no surprises
- Fully advisory — no remote access, no account access, no passwords requested
- What We Are Not:
- Not Quicken's official support team
- Not affiliated with Quicken, QuickBooks, TurboTax, or Intuit in any way
- Not able to access your Quicken, QuickBooks, or TurboTax account or data
- Not able to handle subscription, billing, account recovery, or software licencing
- Not a guarantee of resolution — outcomes depend on your system and your bank
Step by Step — From Your Request to Your Written Guidance
Here is exactly what happens from the moment you contact us to the moment your written consultation arrives. No step is skipped. No payment is taken before you have read and agreed to the confirmed scope and fee in writing.
You Submit a Consultation Request
You fill in the consultation request form on our Contact page. You provide your name, email address, country, the software you are using and its version, your operating system, and a clear description of the issue — including any error codes that have appeared, what you were doing when the problem started, and what you have already tried.
The quality of your request directly affects the quality of your guidance. A request that includes your exact Quicken version, your bank’s name, and the specific error code you are seeing will produce a far more targeted and actionable response than a general description of something not working. The more specific the detail you provide, the less general the guidance will be.
Submitting a request carries no obligation and costs nothing. No payment is requested or taken at this stage.
We Review Your Request Personally
KD Sharma reads your submission directly. We assess the nature of the issue, which software version and connection method is involved, what information you have provided, and whether the issue falls within the scope of what our independent advisory consultation can address.
We also check whether your issue is better handled by the software company’s official support — for example, if it involves account access recovery, a subscription that has lapsed, or a billing dispute. If that is the case, we will tell you clearly which official channel handles it and we will not charge anything for that assessment.
If your request lacks a key piece of information that would affect the guidance — for example, the exact error code or the operating system version — we may ask one clarifying question before confirming the scope.
We Confirm the Scope and Fee in Writing
We send you an email that sets out exactly what the consultation will cover, which tier applies to your issue, and the exact fee. This email is your opportunity to read the proposed scope, ask any questions about it, or decide not to proceed — you are under no pressure at this stage. We do not apply any follow-up pressure, send reminder emails, or ask why if you decide to step away.
The fee stated in this email is the total and binding cost of your consultation. It does not change after you agree. There are no additional charges after delivery, no post-consultation invoices, and no upsell during the process.
You Confirm and Pay
If you are satisfied with the proposed scope and fee, you confirm by reply and complete payment through our secure payment process. We use established third-party payment processors. We never store your card details at any time.
Your payment confirmation triggers the start of the consultation. Once confirmed, your request is assigned and the advisory response work begins.
You may cancel at any time before this step at no charge. For post-payment cancellation details, see our Refund Policy at allquicksolutions.com/refund-policy/
We Research and Write Your Consultation Response
This is the core of the service. KD Sharma reviews your request in full — your software version, your operating system, the error code or behaviour you described, your bank’s known connection method where relevant, and any contributing factors you mentioned. He then writes a structured advisory response built specifically around your situation.
Every response is written fresh for your request. It is not a copy-paste from a template or a knowledge base article. The goal is to help you understand what is actually happening in your specific setup and which steps are most appropriate to take next — not to hand you a generic list that may or may not apply to your situation.
We never ask for your Quicken password, QuickBooks login, TurboTax credentials, bank login details, or any other account information during this step or any other.
You Receive Your Written Consultation Response
Your completed advisory response is delivered to your email inbox within the timeframe for your chosen tier. The document covers everything agreed in the confirmed scope — issue assessment, prioritised recommended steps, plain-language explanations, and next-action guidance.
Follow-up exchanges included in your tier are available for clarifying questions about the content of the response — not for new or unrelated issues. New issues are treated as separate requests.
After receiving your response, you review it and follow the recommended steps on your own device, in your own software, at your own pace.
What You Receive
What Is Actually Inside a Consultation Response
Every written consultation response follows a consistent structure. The content is built entirely around your specific issue — but here is what you can always expect to find when the document arrives.
Block 1 — Issue Assessment
Our understanding of what is happening based on what you described — what the error code or behaviour most likely indicates and what is probably causing it given your specific version and setup.
Block 2 — Prioritised Steps
A clear, ordered sequence of recommended actions — starting with the most likely resolution path and working through alternatives where relevant. Written for your software version and operating system, not generalised steps.
Block 3 — Plain-Language Explanations
Each recommended step is explained clearly — what it does, why it applies to your situation, and what to expect when you carry it out. You understand the reasoning behind every action rather than following instructions blindly.
Block 4 — Honest Scope Limits
If part of your issue requires the software company’s direct intervention — for example, server-side action from Quicken or Intuit — we say so explicitly, including what to communicate when you contact them so you do not have to explain the same situation from scratch.
Block 5 — Next-Action Recommendations
What to do after working through the steps — how to confirm the issue is resolved, what to monitor, and what to do if a particular step does not produce the expected outcome.
Block 6 — Follow-Up Exchanges
Clarifying questions about the content of your response are included within your tier’s allowance at no additional charge. Follow-up exchanges must relate to the original consultation scope.
Choosing the Right Consultation Tier
Three tiers are available, each suited to a different level of complexity. When we confirm your scope, we will recommend which tier is most appropriate. If you are not sure, select Not Sure on the form and we will make the recommendation after reviewing your issue.

The Commitments Behind Every Consultation We Deliver
These are not marketing statements. They are the specific, practical principles that govern how every consultation is handled — from how we read a request to what we include in the written response.
We Are Honest Before We Are Helpful
If your issue needs official software support — account access, billing, subscription, or server-side intervention — we tell you before taking payment. Directing you to the right resource is more useful than charging you for a consultation that cannot deliver what you actually need.
Your Guidance Is Written for Your Setup
Every response is written around the details you provide — your version, your OS, your error code, your bank, your setup. We do not recycle responses from previous requests. Specific detail in produces specific guidance out.
Transparent Pricing — Confirmed Before You Commit
The fee is agreed in writing before any payment is taken. We do not add charges after delivery, upsell during the consultation, or adjust the price after you agree. The number in the confirmation email is the number you pay.
Privacy Is Non-Negotiable
We will never ask for your Quicken, QuickBooks, or TurboTax password, your Intuit login credentials, your bank login details, or any financial account information — under any circumstances. Our consultation is advisory only. We guide, we do not access.
We Are Honest When Outcomes Are Uncertain
Software problems can have multiple causes and not all of them are within the reach of independent advisory guidance. If a recommended step may or may not resolve the issue depending on factors outside our control, we say so — with alternative paths included. We do not promise outcomes we cannot guarantee.
A Real Person, Not an Automated System
Every request submitted to All Quick Solutions is read and responded to by KD Sharma personally. There is no AI generating your consultation response, no offshore team handling your request, and no automated workflow producing your advisory document.
When someone sends me a description of their Quicken or QuickBooks problem, I read it carefully. I think about what version they are on, what their bank's connection behaviour tends to be, and what has most likely caused what they are describing. Then I write guidance for their situation — not a version of guidance I have given before for something similar.

F.A.Q.
Questions About Our Consultation Process
A: None. Submitting the request form is entirely free and commits you to nothing. We review your request and respond with a proposed scope and fee. You decide whether to proceed only after reading the confirmation. Payment is taken only after you agree in writing. If you decide not to go ahead after receiving our confirmation, nothing is charged and nothing further is required from you.
A: Never, under any circumstances. Our consultation is entirely advisory and delivered in writing. We do not perform remote access to your computer, your Quicken, QuickBooks, or TurboTax software, or any of your financial accounts. We do not ask for your software password, your Intuit account login, your bank credentials, or any financial account details at any point during the process. We provide written guidance that you follow yourself on your own device.
A: All consultations are delivered as written advisory responses via email. There are no phone calls, no video sessions, no screen sharing, and no live chat. The written format is intentional — it allows us to research your issue thoroughly, provide a well-structured document, and give you something you can work through at your own pace and refer back to.
A: Our fee covers the advisory guidance we provide — not a guaranteed resolution. Outcomes depend on factors outside our control including your specific system, your bank’s server behaviour, and the software’s own infrastructure. If you believe the guidance we delivered was not relevant to the issue you described in your request, contact us within 7 days. We will review the case and, where we agree the guidance was off-scope, we will offer a revised response, a credit, or a refund. Full details are at allquicksolutions.com/refund-policy/
A: As much as you can provide. The most useful information is: your exact software version, your operating system including version number, the exact error code or message that appears, which bank account is affected if relevant, what you were doing when the problem first appeared, how long it has been happening, and what steps you have already tried. Requests with specific detail produce specific guidance. Vague requests produce general guidance.
A: Yes. We provide consultation for Quicken on both Windows and macOS. These are different products with different feature sets and different known issues, so always specify clearly in your request which platform you are on and which operating system version you are running. This directly affects the guidance we provide.
A: We will tell you before accepting payment. If after reviewing your request we determine it requires direct action from Quicken, QuickBooks, TurboTax, or Intuit — for example a subscription problem, a billing dispute, a Quicken ID recovery, or anything requiring the company to act on your account — we will explain this clearly and point you to the correct official channel. We will not charge you for that assessment. Getting you to the right place matters more to us than taking payment for a consultation that cannot help.
A: Yes. All Quick Solutions provides independent consultation for Quicken, QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online, and TurboTax. Specify clearly in your request which product and version you are using. Each product has distinct behaviour, known issues, and troubleshooting considerations.
